Company founder and Managing Director, Maurice Elst, has built a specialist team of local and international professionals around his own detailed experience and technical knowledge of the Costa del Sol real estate market and property and resort development sectors in Europe and beyond.

In over twenty years within the industry, he worked as real estate director and marketing and sales director of leading resorts Vale do Lobo Golf & Beach Resort in the Algarve and Sotogrande in southern Spain, and as a managing partner in successful luxury real estate brokerage companies in Switzerland, Portugal and Spain.

Maurice is experienced in these markets and others, having been involved in many large and small transactions of luxury residential homes and developments, development land and hotels. The expertise of Maurice and his team extends beyond brokerage and also includes development advisory services including product, marketing and sales strategy and management.
